Selbri
Terms of Use
Effective date: 11 September 2026 · Publisher: Blue Butterfly Labs · Product: Selbri
By installing or using Selbri, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. What Selbri is
Selbri is on-premises software for running AI agents, shared Timelines (Context), Skills, Tools, and related local services on machines you control. There is no Selbri-operated multi-tenant cloud that hosts your organization data by default.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, Blue Butterfly Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Selbri for your internal business or personal purposes on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law allows, resell the installer as a competing product, or remove proprietary notices.
3. Accounts and your content
You are responsible for accounts created on your install, passwords, who you grant access to, backups, and export archives. Content you and your agents create (Timelines, History, files, settings) stays on your install unless you send it elsewhere (for example by enabling OpenRouter, browsing the web with agent browser tools, or sharing an export).
4. Generative AI — important limitations
Selbri can use local models (for example via Ollama) and/or cloud models (for example via OpenRouter) that you configure.
AI can make mistakes. Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or fabricated. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You must review conclusions before relying on them—especially before writing to shared Timelines or acting in the real world.
You are responsible for:
- Choosing models and providers
- Prompts and allowlists you give agents
- Verifying Timeline items and files agents produce
- Complying with laws and third-party terms (OpenRouter, model providers, websites agents visit)
5. Optional third-party services
If you save an OpenRouter API key and use openrouter:… models, prompts and related turn content are sent to OpenRouter (and upstream providers) under their terms and privacy policies. If you enable agent browser or CLI features, agents may access the network or run commands on the host within the limits you configure. Blue Butterfly Labs does not control those third parties.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Selbri to:
- Violate law or others’ rights
- Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content
- Attack systems you are not authorized to access
- Bypass safety or reporting features
We may refuse support or revoke distribution rights for serious abuse of Store-distributed builds.
7. Reporting inappropriate AI content
In the app you can report agent output that is inappropriate or violates these Terms. Reporting saves a local copy and opens an email to Blue Butterfly Labs (info@theon.health) with the reason and an excerpt. We review reports we receive and may take action for Store-distributed builds (guidance, updates, or removal of listing material). Reporting does not guarantee a specific outcome.
8. Privacy
See the Selbri Privacy Policy (hosted URL used for Microsoft Store and linked from the app).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Selbri is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Butterfly Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of Selbri or reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to Selbri is limited to the amount you paid us for the software in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the software was free).
11. Updates and Store distribution
We may release updates. Microsoft Store builds are also subject to Microsoft’s terms. Uninstall removes the application; leftover data folders (LocalState for Store/MSIX, or %PROGRAMDATA%\Selbri for the website installer) are yours to delete — see the Privacy Policy.
