Every project left us a lesson.

The path to Theon was not a straight line. Each experiment changed the question, but kept pointing back to the same missing thing: a reliable memory of what happened.

  1. Waffle

A private family chat and shared memory system. The database and server ran at home; the mobile app connected to it. Family communication should belong to the family, not a platform.

  2. Epilepsy detection & forecasting

Detecting and forecasting seizures — pattern-finding in signals that matter when something goes wrong.

  3. CausalMind

Systems for finding better interventions automatically. Strong on analysis; limited by how rarely real intervention–outcome history gets kept. That lesson stuck: learning what works requires a reliable history of what was tried and what followed — and that history is usually missing.

  4. Building now

    Theon

What we’re building now. Families tell Theon what is happening through voice, chat, or medical documents. It updates the right person’s health record and gives carers the context they need — with permission, including handoffs for people who need the story without creating an account. We tried analyzing outcomes before the history existed. Care is where we build the history.
